The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference or PSAC is a collegiate athletic conference that participates in the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division II level. In everyday terminology… PSAS is part NCAA DII athletic competition. The conference is currently composed of 17 full-time members within Pennsylvania, and will add a new member in West Virginia in 2019.
